Your jobs will be centred around relationships, organisation and accountability.
Relationships - You will need to be a people person who can lead, coordinate and sell. We're all responsible for customer service, so you will need to be personable, customer focused and have good communication skills. However, you will lead customer service. Internal comms are essential.
Organisational - You'll be an office all rounder. Be competent and literate on a computer. Be comfortable with computer systems, administration and paperwork. You'll be the glue that joins the customers and the workshop together.
Accountability – you will be the managerial link into our external accountability areas like NZTA and OSH. And our internal accountability areas like H&S, accurate invoicing and stock takes.
As Office Manager you will have goal setting and productivity metrics to forecast for the office and metrics you will need to meet for the business.

Salary, not hourly.
Salary band is $63k to $70k depending on experience.
